Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support daily HR and administrative activities.
Pay: From ₹4,999.00 per month
