About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products and intelligent chatbots. The ideal candidate should have experience building AI agents, LLM-based applications, and automation solutions that can be packaged and sold as commercial products (SaaS or enterprise solutions).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Build AI products using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
- Develop AI agents capable of task automation, customer support, lead generation, and business workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance.
- Integrate AI models with web, mobile, CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, Slack, and other business platforms.
- Build scalable backend APIs and microservices for AI products.
- Design multi-agent AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for AI training and optimization.
- Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms and monitor production performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to launch AI products.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative product features.
- Maintain technical documentation and product architecture.
Required SkillsAI & Machine Learning
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with OpenAI API, Gemini API, Anthropic Claude API, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience using Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and open-source LLMs.
Backend & Product Development
- Strong experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience building REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI services.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
AI Product Development
- Experience building AI SaaS products from concept to deployment.
- Ability to design reusable AI platforms and white-label chatbot solutions.
- Experience integrating AI with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or CRM platforms.
- Understanding of authentication, subscription models, billing, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Knowledge of AI monitoring, logging, analytics, and model evaluation.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in AI application development.
- Proven experience developing AI chatbots or AI-powered software products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI SaaS platforms or commercial AI products.
- Knowledge of AI voice agents, speech recognition, and text-to-speech technologies.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI workflow automation, and agent orchestration.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience in Product Development, SaaS, or AI startup environments.
