We are looking for an experienced and responsible Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage sales transactions, billing, and customer records.
- Process product returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory by tracking stock inward and outward movements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong knowledge of showroom management, sales, product returns, and inventory (stock in/out).
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing/POS software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in showroom or retail management.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
