Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Mandatory experience in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure industry
Salary Range: 80k to 1 LPM
Roles:
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning & budgeting aligned with business goals
- Manage project-wise costing, budgeting, billing cycles & profitability tracking
- Ensure effective cash flow management, fund allocation & working capital optimization
- Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC & audits
- Develop strong MIS, financial reports & dashboards for management decision-making
- Handle banking relationships, project funding, loans & financial negotiations
- Monitor financial risks, implement internal controls & ensure compliance frameworks
- Drive cost control initiatives & improve financial efficiency across projects
- Supervise accounts, finance & billing teams and ensure process discipline
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants & government authorities
- Support management in strategic decisions, expansion planning & investment analysis
Qualification:
- MBA Finance preferrable, CA, CS
- Strong understanding of construction finance, taxation & compliance
- Knowledge of project accounting & contract-based billing
