Job description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
