Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, promote our products/services, and support business growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present company products/services and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Freshers (0–3 year of experience) are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
