Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to own end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences. You will translate business goals and user insights into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to shape product strategy and deliver polished designs that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user experience design across product features, from discovery and research to delivery.
- Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics review to inform design decisions.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, information architecture, and visual designs for web and mobile.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation details.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, A/B test results, and performance metrics.
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG) are integrated into design outputs.
- Present designs and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Support product launches and monitor post-release user behavior to optimize the experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for web and mobile products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working knowledge of implementation constraints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS products, enterprise applications, or AI-driven interfaces.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Basic familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) or working with front-end engineers.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) and A/B testing.

Pay: ₹11,265.14 - ₹20,000.00 per month
