1. Identifies potential business opportunities through cold calling and should have architect contacts
2. Initiates calls, visits and presentations to the Developer, Architects and ID Community for the identified products.
3. Maintains a database of the specifiers and develop the accounts to get recurring business
4. Generates leads from the specifier accounts and create a strong pipeline of the project opportunities & frequently update the same.
5. Manages the project stages from identification / specification and ending with receipt of order & collection of payments.
6. Work with multiple stakeholders / teams to develop project specifications.
7. Analyzes architectural drawings & coordinates with internal team to create quotes & proposals
