Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and safe operation of ATVs to ensure reliable performance, minimum breakdowns, and safe customer operations.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ATVs.

Inspect and maintain engines, brakes, tyres, suspension, steering, chains, batteries, and other components.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, engine, braking, and transmission issues.

Conduct daily pre- and post-operation safety inspections.

Replace faulty or worn-out parts and maintain service schedules.

Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure ATVs are operational and available.

Maintain records of inspections, servicing, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.

Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.

Report major or recurring technical issues to the Technical Manager.

Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.

ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in ATV, automobile, two-wheeler, go-kart, or similar maintenance.

Hands-on knowledge of petrol engines, mechanical systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Experience in amusement parks, gaming zones, go-karting, adventure parks, or FECs will be an advantage.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
