Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment within Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Experience in architecting scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies relevant to cloud platforms.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
