About Us
We are an early-stage technology startup developing a portfolio of SaaS products aimed at solving real-world business and operational problems.
We are currently validating and developing several product ideas and are looking for a talented Freelance UI/UX Product Designer to work closely with us from the early stages of product development.
The successful designer will have the opportunity to help shape products from initial concept and user requirements through to wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs and clickable prototypes.
The Role
You will work directly with the product owner to understand business requirements and transform early concepts and basic prototypes into professional, intuitive and development-ready product designs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating user journeys, user flows and wireframes
- Designing modern SaaS dashboards and web applications
- Creating high-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes in Figma
- Designing forms, tables, profiles, dashboards, reporting and administrative workflows
- Creating reusable components and scalable design systems
- Designing responsive interfaces where required
- Working iteratively based on user and stakeholder feedback
- Preparing designs for developer handover
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in someone with experience designing real software products, rather than primarily websites or marketing material.
You should have strong experience with Figma, SaaS/B2B applications, dashboards, complex workflows, information architecture and modern UI/UX principles.
Experience with education, healthcare, ERP, CRM, HRMS or other management systems would be advantageous.
Engagement
This will initially be a freelance, remote engagement, with the opportunity for ongoing work as our products progress from concept and validation into development.
The role is based in India; however, as you will be working closely with a UK-based product owner, availability during UK working hours (GMT/BST) is preferred. Some flexibility can be agreed, but candidates should be comfortable with regular collaboration during UK business hours.
