We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate new business, manage client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and oversee projects from inquiry to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients.
- Identify potential customers and schedule meetings.
- Develop long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Requirement Analysis
- Meet clients to understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Gather technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to prepare customized solutions.
- Ensure all customer requirements are documented accurately.
Product Demonstrations
- Present Acoustic Designs' products and solutions to clients.
- Demonstrate acoustic panels, soundproofing systems, home theatre solutions, smart automation products, and office acoustic solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate live demonstrations and client presentations.
Project Management
- Coordinate projects from enquiry to handover.
- Work closely with design, procurement, installation, and technical teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients.
- Manage change requests and project documentation.
- Conduct project completion reviews and obtain customer feedback.
Sales & Reporting
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track project status and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor pipeline opportunities and follow up on quotations.
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Project Coordination, or Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
