Hiring: Telecalling / CRM Executive – Saar Living
Saar Living is a growing home, outdoor and event décor brand dealing in products like garden umbrellas, LED candles, wireless lamps, gazebo tents, mist fans and décor essentials. We are looking for a confident Telecalling / CRM Executive who can handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, lead management and daily client coordination.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, website and other platforms.
- Call new leads and understand customer requirements properly.
- Share product details, catalogues, pricing and basic information with customers.
- Update lead status, customer details and follow-up remarks in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, product availability and order confirmation.
- Follow up for pending quotations, payments, dispatch details and customer responses.
- Build good customer relationships through polite and professional communication.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups and customer coordination.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain product details clearly.
- Experience in telecalling, CRM, customer support, sales support or lead management will be preferred.
- Knowledge of home décor, event décor, furniture, lighting or wholesale business will be a plus.
Candidate Profile
- Confident, polite and active person with good speaking skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience of 1–3 years in telecalling, CRM, customer support or sales coordination will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
