## Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

### **Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Senior .NET Full Stack Developer** to join our engineering team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications.
You will work across both client-side and server-side components, building robust RESTful APIs, responsive microfrontends, and high-performance database architectures. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, drive architectural best practices, and collaborate closely with product managers and QA teams.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Architecture & Development:** Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using **.NET Core / .NET 6+** on the backend and **Angular or React** on the frontend.
* **API & Microservices:** Architect, implement, and secure RESTful Web APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.
* **Frontend Engineering:** Create responsive, cross-browser compatible, and performance-optimized user interfaces using modern Angular (v12+) or React (Hooks, Redux / Context API).
* **Database Management:** Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, index optimizations, and manage ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core.
* **Code Quality & Governance:** Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce strict coding standards, write unit/integration tests (xUnit, NUnit, Jest/Jasmine), and adhere to OWASP security standards.
* **Mentorship & Collaboration:** Lead technical discussions, mentor junior/mid-level engineers, and participate in Agile/Scrum sprint planning, estimation, and demos.
### **Required Qualifications & Technical Skills**
#### **1. Backend Development**
* **Frameworks:** Hands-on expertise in **C#, .NET Core 3.1 / .NET 6/7/8**, ASP.NET Core Web API, and MVC architectures.
* **ORMs & Data Access:** Entity Framework Core / Dapper.
* **Databases:** Strong proficiency in SQL Server or PostgreSQL (schema design, query tuning, stored procedures).
#### **2. Frontend Development**
* **Frameworks:** 3+ years of core experience in either **Angular** (TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx) OR **React.js** (TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux, Context API, Hooks).
* **Web Fundamentals:** Solid mastery of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, ES6+, and responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS).
#### **3. Architecture & DevOps**
* Strong knowledge of **Object-Oriented Design (OOD)**, SOLID principles, and common Architectural/Design Patterns.
* Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / Jenkins) and Version Control (Git).
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms (**Azure** or **AWS**) for app deployment and serverless architecture.
### **Good to Have (Bonus Skills)**
* Experience with cloud containerization (**Docker**, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
* Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis caching).
### **Soft Skills**
* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven capability to take ownership of modules/products from ideation to production rollout.
### **Education & Compensation**
* **Education:** B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or a related discipline.
* **Compensation:** Fixed + Variable component totaling up to **₹17 LPA** (negotiable based on current CTC, notice period, and technical assessment).
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
