KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Scheduling
The Project Manager shall:
- Prepare project execution strategy.
- Develop project master schedules.
- Prepare micro-planning schedules.
- Monitor project milestones.
- Identify critical activities.
- Develop recovery and catch-up plans.
- Ensure timely completion of project targets.
Construction Management
The Project Manager shall:
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP works.
- Coordinate all site activities.
- Optimize resource utilization.
- Improve productivity and construction efficiency.
- Ensure achievement of project milestones.
Contract Management
The Project Manager shall:
- Understand contract terms and conditions.
- Monitor subcontractor performance.
- Verify BOQ quantities.
- Manage quantity reconciliation.
- Certify contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Handle contractual correspondence and claims.
Quality Management
The Project Manager shall:
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Monitor workmanship quality.
- Verify material quality.
- Conduct quality inspections.
- Ensure closure of NCRs and observations.
- Maintain project quality standards.
Safety Management
The Project Manager shall:
- Enforce safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Conduct safety reviews and inspections.
- Ensure PPE compliance.
- Maintain safe working practices.
- Promote a zero-accident culture.
Resource Management
The Project Manager shall:
- Plan manpower requirements.
- Manage machinery utilization.
- Monitor material consumption.
- Minimize wastage.
- Improve productivity.
- Optimize deployment of site resources.
Financial Management
The Project Manager shall:
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Control project costs.
- Monitor material consumption.
- Conduct variance analysis.
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts.
- Monitor project profitability.
- Track project financial performance.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
The Project Manager shall:
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with consultants and architects.
- Attend review meetings.
- Resolve project issues promptly.
- Obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
The Project Manager shall ensure preparation and submission of:

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY
The Project Manager shall be proficient in:
- MS Project
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Equivalent)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience in commercial or institutional construction, with at least 5 years specifically managing government or public works building projects (e.g., hospitals, administrative facilities, PWD/CPWD buildings).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field.
