As an MIS Executive, you will be the backbone of data-driven decision-making at our organization. You will own the collation, structuring, and reporting of key operational, commercial, and financial metrics across our e-commerce platform and multi-brand ecosystem. Your focus will be on converting complex data into actionable dashboards, ensuring database hygiene, and providing uninterrupted support to the merchandising, operations, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Report Generation
· Compile, organize, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking sales performance, inventory turnover, and fulfillment SLAs.
· Develop and update dynamic dashboards (using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) for quick visibility of key retail metrics.
· Extract raw data from Shopify backend, shipping partners, and internal systems, converting it into structured analytical summaries.
Inventory & Sales Analytics
· Track fast-moving and slow-moving products across brands and share analytical feedback with the merchandising team.
· Monitor stock reconciliation, highlight inventory gaps, and cross-verify actual physical stock with system records.
· Provide trend analysis on returns, exchange rates, and order cancelation patterns to minimize operational leakage.
Database Hygiene & Integrity
· Ensure 100% accuracy of SKU codes, pricing, margins, and brand-wise listing data across backend directories.
· Perform regular audits on system databases to identify and resolve formatting errors, duplicates, or missing attributes.
· Maintain standard operating files (Master Trackers) to ensure a single, clean source of truth for all departments.
Cross-Functional Support
· Assist the Finance team with billing, GST-ready invoicing data, and margin settlement tracking.
· Provide ad-hoc analysis and specific data cuts to the Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to guide campaign choices and logistics partner assessments.
Qualifications & Skills
· 2–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst—ideally in a retail environment.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (Expertise in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas, conditional formatting, and dashboard design is mandatory).
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with a relentless eye for detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain analytical insights to non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
· Familiarity with Shopify analytics, Shiprocket dashboards, or ERP systems.
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
· Basic understanding of SQL, database structures, or marketplace models.
Pay: ₹11,215.15 - ₹31,558.78 per month
