- Content Creation: Oversee or write engaging copy for websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Video Production & Assembly: Trimming, sequencing, and editing raw footage into polished, high-quality final cuts based on briefs or storyboards.
- Creative Enhancements: Integrating motion graphics, subtitles, text overlays, color grading, sound effects, and voice-overs to maximize viewer retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and execute holistic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Social Media Management: Maintain a brand’s online presence, respond to audiences, and follow current social media trends.
- Platform Optimization: Formatting and pacing videos specifically for social media (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
- SEO & Paid Advertising: Optimize web pages for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) or display ad campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics like website traffic, click-through rates, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics to report campaign ROI to management.
Core Requirements
- Proven Experience: 1–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related field (varies by seniority).
