We are a growing food brand specializing in premium ghee, pickles, and traditional homemade products, focused on quality and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc )
- Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
- Handle customer inquiries, DMs, and convert leads into sales
- Drive both online and offline sales
- Build customer relationships and repeat business
- Plan promotions, campaigns, and collaborations
- Assist with product presentation and basic content shoots
- E-Commerce management to manage orders online
Requirements :
- Experience in marketing/sales preferred
- E-commerce management skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Creativity with content and understanding of trends
- Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Interest in food/business is a plus
Salary :
Based on experience + incentives bonus on each sales lead.
