- 3+ years of professional software development experience in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java 18+ and modern software engineering practices.
- Develop and enhance frontend applications using SAP UI5/JavaScript/HTML.
- Implement automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and system testing.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, or GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work with legacy codebases, improving maintainability, reliability, and performance.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
