Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock & Store Executive to manage inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating inward and outward material movement, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
· Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
· Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
· Conduct regular stock inspections and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
· Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
· Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), stock issue slips, and other inventory documentation.
· Coordinate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics teams for timely material availability.
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving items.
· Assist in periodic stock audits and annual inventory verification.
· Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store.
· Coordinate dispatch activities, including packing, documentation, and shipment preparation.
· Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
· Experience in textile, manufacturing, will be preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
· Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
· Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
· Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of textile products, fabrics, or garment accessories is an added advantage.
· Familiarity with stock audit procedures and warehouse documentation.

· Inventory accuracy percentage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
