- Team Leadership: Hire, train, onboard, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their individual potential and productivity.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, define sales territories, and establish clear revenue quotas.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare and monitor department budgets while generating accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Customer & Market Management: Cultivate high-level client relationships, negotiate contracts, resolve escalated complaints, and identify emerging market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree: The minimum standard for most roles. Relevant fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Communications.
- Master's Degree (Preferred): An MBA with a specialization in Sales or Marketing is highly desired for senior management or corporate-level roles.
- Experience: 3 to 10+ years of proven, hands-on experience as a sales representative, business developer, or team lead.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
