We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive & Recruiter to join our Digital Marketing company. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance management, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files
- Prepare HR-related reports and MIS
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Handle employee queries and coordination
Employee Management
- Support performance evaluation processes
- Maintain company policies and discipline
- Coordinate training and employee development activities
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
