We're a software solution company seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge web applications using PHP/Laravel.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems using PHP/Laravel.
- Lead the development of new features, APIs, and services, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and stability.
- Implement security best practices, ensuring data protection and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and promoting knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and improving code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Laravel ecosystem developments.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge bases.
