- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant branch and ensure smooth functioning of all shifts.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, hygiene practices, and statutory regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise outlet staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Prepare and manage employee duty rosters, attendance, and shift schedules.
- Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement actions to achieve branch revenue targets.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, cash reconciliation, and deposit procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels, verify stock movements, and minimize wastage and pilferage.
- Coordinate with the central kitchen, stores, and procurement teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct daily opening and closing checks of the restaurant.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working condition.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and submit them to management.
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses to maintain profitability.
- Support branch marketing activities and local sales promotions to increase customer footfall.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
