Job Title: Team Lead – Sales
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Sales to drive business growth and lead the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing team performance, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in team handling and target management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience: 3–8 Years
