We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.

This opportunity is a Work From Office opportunity.
Normally we work Monday to Friday. However during month end or year end closing we work on Saturday's too.
Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm including two team breaks of 15 minutes each and a 30 minutes lunch break.
