Job Title: Facility Executive Technical
Key Responsibilities:
Support Assistant Manager/Engineering Manager in managing Mechanical, Plumbing, and Civil maintenance operations
Prepare critical spares lists per manufacturer recommendations and manage inventory
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures
Review contractor maintenance practices to ensure quality and manufacturer compliance
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations
Manage downtimes, breakdowns, and ad-hoc M&E setups per client requirements
Conduct daily facility walkarounds and handle shifts independently
Formulate yearly Environment Management Plan (ESG goals) and M&E Management Plan (BCMS policy)
Achieve 99.5% timely AHD closure and track Simpliance tool usage
Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and shutdowns in consultation with OEMs
Records & Reporting:
Maintain daily records: logbooks, history cards, equipment details, service/incident reports
Daily reports: consumption, work schedules, permit tracker, shift handover
Weekly reports: highlights, R&M tracker
Monthly reports: water dashboard, MMR, stock reports, bill certifications, compliance reports, water analysis
Yearly reports: R&M/utility projections, sludge monitoring
Update statutory documents (calibration, pollution control)
Requirements:
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
4-5 years relevant experience
