Job Summary:
We are looking for a Packaging Operations Lead who will actively participate in daily packaging activities while overseeing packaging operations. The role involves ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with team members, and supporting smooth day-to-day packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform product packaging as per company standards and guidelines.
Lead and support the packaging team during daily operations.
Ensure packaging targets are achieved within deadlines.
Conduct quality checks before dispatch.
Organize and maintain packaging materials and inventory.
Train new team members on packaging procedures and quality standards.
Monitor productivity and suggest process improvements.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the packaging area.
Report operational issues and stock shortages to management.
Pay: ₹295,775.93 - ₹1,249,856.63 per year
