Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service and support to international customers via Voice, Chat, or Blended channels.
- Listen carefully, analyze, and resolve customer queries or issues professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduates in any stream.
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational schedules, including night shifts.
