Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Master Plans & DPRs
* Work on urban development projects
* Site analysis, surveys & feasibility studies
* Coordination with ULB officials & stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with planning norms & policies
* Use of GIS, AutoCAD & planning tools
Requirements:
FRESHER
Degree in Urban Planning / Architecture or related field
Strong knowledge of planning regulations
