Job Description – Social Media Manager (IT Company)
Location: SURAT, GUJARAT
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, posts, and stories
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness through social platforms
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, and basic editing tools
- Strong communication and creative writing skills
- Understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic designing knowledge
- Video editing/Reels creation
- Basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge
Working Hours:9:30-6:30
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
