Role Description
The Sales Engineer role at OMICRON Sensing Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position. The primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing technical sales solutions, and presenting these solutions effectively to customers. The role involves providing technical support, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support the sales lifecycle and provide insightful feedback for product development.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and developing tailored solutions for client needs.
- Strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting and resolving technical queries.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in Sales processes, including negotiating contracts and meeting sales targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying opportunities and proposing efficient solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- Familiarity with sensor technologies and applications in industries such as pharmaceutical automation or bms and hvac is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
