Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance
Diagnostics & Repair: Perform advanced troubleshooting on commercial gas, electric, and steam equipment (e.g., combi-ovens, fryers, grills, industrial dishwashers).
Installation: Set up and calibrate new kitchen machinery according to manufacturer specifications and safety codes.
Preventive Care: Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and tear before equipment failure occurs.
2. HVAC & Refrigeration Systems
AC Servicing: Maintain and repair split units, ductable systems, and AHUs (Air Handling Units) within commercial facilities.
Refrigeration Logic: Service walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines, including refrigerant recovery and recharging.
Electrical Troubleshooting: Interpret circuit diagrams to resolve issues with compressors, motors, and thermostats.
3. Operational Compliance
Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to gas safety, electrical protocols, and F-gas regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of service calls, parts replaced, and warranty information.
Inventory: Manage a basic stock of common spare parts in the service vehicle to ensure high "first-fix" rates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Education: Diploma or ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen or HVAC service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
