The role
You are the bridge between our clients and our creative team. You will own communication, timelines, and coordination, making sure briefs are clear, work stays on track, and clients feel well looked after. This is a hybrid role based in Chandigarh, working closely with the founder.
What you'll do
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the creative team
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and approvals across designers, writers, and video
- Keep projects on schedule and flag risks early
- Maintain trackers and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years in client servicing, account coordination, or project coordination, with an agency background strongly preferred
- Excellent communication that stays clear and professional under pressure
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Comfort with tools like Google Sheets and project trackers
- Comfortable using AI tools and writing clear prompts to streamline coordination and reporting
- Based in or around Chandigarh Tricity, or willing to relocate, for hybrid working
Bonus points
- Prior experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency
- Familiarity with design, video, and social workflows
- An ability to keep difficult conversations smooth
