Job Description:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments. Your focus will be primarily on our frozen food product line, working within the food processing unit.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving sales targets for frozen food products.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information about product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Process orders from clients and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales orders, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Track market trends and competitor activities in the frozen food industry.
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination, with a focus on the frozen food sector or food processing units.
- Strong understanding of the frozen food industry, including production processes, storage, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or related field preferred.
