Job Position: Manager- Contracts & Procurement

Key responsibilities:
Contracts Management
- Lead the end-to-end contract management process for Civil, MEP, finishing, infrastructure.
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, work orders, service agreements, and subcontractor agreements.
- Coordinate the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contractor selection.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors, subcontractors, and specialized agencies based on technical and commercial assessments.
- Conduct contractor prequalification and due diligence to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor contractor performance, contractual obligations, project milestones, and compliance requirements.
- Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, disputes, extensions of time, and commercial settlements.
Procurement Management
- Support project procurement requirements through strategic sourcing of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers for project requirements.
- Prepare comparative statements and procurement recommendations for management approval.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing strategies and vendor negotiations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
