Responsibilities:
Brand Onboarding & Account Management
- Managing the onboarding process after commercial discussions are closed.
- Coordinating with brands for product information, artwork, documentation, and other onboarding requirements.
- Ensuring brands are onboarded smoothly and within timelines.
Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Following up with brands on stock availability, dispatch plans, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinating with warehouse partners to ensure timely stock movement.
Product Listing Coordination
- Working closely with the listing/content team to ensure products go live on time.
- Collecting product details, images, nutritional information, pricing, and other required assets from brands.
- Ensuring listing accuracy and completeness.
Relationship Management & Follow-Ups
- Building strong relationships with brand partners.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for operational queries.
- Maintaining trackers and ensuring all action items are followed through until closure.
Ideal Candidate
- Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Vendor Management, Category Operations, E-commerce Operations, or FMCG sales support.
- Strong ownership mindset and execution capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing follow-ups.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
