Job description:
We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to handle execution, coordination, and supervision of architectural and interior projects while ensuring quality, timelines, safety, and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution for architectural and interior works.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Review architectural, structural, and interior drawings along with BOQs and specifications.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, design intent, and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of works.
- Handle site coordination for civil, finishing, and interior-related activities.
- Check measurements, quantity estimations, and contractor/vendor bills.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure proper material management and quality checks at site.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of project materials.
- Prepare project progress reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
- Attend project meetings and maintain coordination among all stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Good understanding of materials, detailing, and finishing standards.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and project follow-ups.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, and interior execution projects.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or corporate interior projects.
- Knowledge of billing, estimation, BOQ preparation,Tenders, BBS, Rate Analysis and vendor coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
