Solar Operations Trainee
We are looking for a Solar Operations Trainee to join our team. The candidate will be trained to support sales activities, installation supervision, customer coordination, and basic solar operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team during customer visits and follow-ups.
- Support site surveys with senior staff.
- Supervise installation work and coordinate with technicians.
- Deliver materials to sites when required.
- Assist with customer communication and project updates.
- Take site photos and update daily work progress.
- Support KSEB and other field-related activities.
Requirements
- SSLC / Plus Two / Diploma (Freshers can apply).
- Interest in learning solar operations.
- Basic communication skills in Malayalam (English is a plus).
- Willingness to do field work.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Complete on-the-job training will be provided.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
