Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products or services, generating leads, answering customer queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Update customer information in the CRM or database.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,855.96 per month
