Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented BOQ & Estimation Executive to prepare accurate quantity estimates, cost calculations, and project BOQs for interior and construction projects. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to understand drawings and project specifications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per project drawings and specifications.
- Estimate material, labour, and overall project costs.
- Analyze architectural and interior drawings for quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and pricing.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and budgeting reports.
- Assist the project and procurement team during execution.
- Monitor project costs and maintain estimation records.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Ability to read architectural/interior drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
