- Sourcing: Find and vet new suppliers and vendors. Run Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and proposals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with vendors to get the best value.
- Management: Oversee purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.
- Risk Control: Check supplier performance and fix supply chain delays.
- Collaboration: Work with finance, legal, and operations teams to follow company rules and budgets
