Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Services Executive to support marketing operations and brand activities within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in Pharma Sales as an MR/ABM, along with strong analytical, coordination, communication, and Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands.
- Coordinate with Sales, Training, Design, Medical, and other departments.
- Develop monthly/quarterly marketing plans and track implementation.
- Monitor brand-wise secondary sales, doctor coverage, and ROI.
- Support field teams with product communication, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
- Track and support effective utilization of marketing budgets.
- Work closely with field teams to improve brand performance and prescription generation.
- Maintain records and handle day-to-day sales/marketing operations.
Required Skills:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Experience as Medical Representative (MR) or Area Business Manager (ABM) preferred.
- Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and grasping ability.
- Good verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to support marketing initiatives.
- Comfortable with desktop work, record keeping, MIS, and reporting.
Pay: ₹9,969.98 - ₹30,717.80 per month
