Job Overview
Charisma Organisation is hiring a Marketing Intern to support our marketing and business development initiatives. This internship is ideal for freshers who want to gain practical experience in digital marketing, branding, social media marketing, lead generation, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms.
- Support branding and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads and assist with business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams on marketing projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Post-Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in marketing.
Internship Details
- Location: Palasia, Indore (Work From Office)
- Duration: 2–3 Months
- Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week
- Stipend: ₹3,000–₹15,000 (Performance-Based)
