Role Description-
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of our core products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
You will lead a team of engineers across the stack, driving best practices in design, development, and deployment. The role combines deep technical ownership with leadership responsibilities — ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation in every line of code
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and mentor a team of full-stack and backend engineers.
-Architect, design, and review high-performance, scalable systems across our AI-powered product suite.
-Collaborate with product, AI, and data teams to deliver new features and core enhancements.
-Oversee the full software development lifecycle — from requirements to production deployment.
-Establish and maintain engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
-Guide the adoption of modern frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps automation.
-Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and hiring processes.
Qualifications
-4+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a team lead or senior technical role.
-Strong foundation in backend architecture and system design.
-Backend: Expertise in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), SQL, and MongoDB.
-Frontend: Proficiency with ReactJS and micro-frontend (MFE) architectures.
-DevOps: Experience with Docker, GCP, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
-Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and scalable microservice design.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-Experience with Golang is an added advantage.
Nice to Have:
-Experience with AI/ML pipelines or data engineering.
-Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and infrastructure-as-code.
-Background in B2B SaaS or risk/compliance tech.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
