Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overall business operations, strategic planning, client acquisition, and profitability of the security services company. The role includes leadership across operations, HR, finance, and business development.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations across all locations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of operations, HR, and administration.
- Implement systems and processes for operational efficiency.
2. Business Development & Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and clients.
- Lead tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
3. Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability.
- Approve expenses and ensure financial discipline.
- Review billing, collections, and outstanding payments.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure high service standards.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with PSARA, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Handle legal matters, audits, and inspections.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and guide Operations Managers, HR, and support teams.
- Develop leadership pipeline and team performance.
7. Strategy & Planning
- Develop business strategies and expansion plans.
- Set targets and monitor overall company performance.
