We’re looking for a 3 to 5 year experienced ticketing Executive with solid hands-on experience using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. The candidate should be capable of managing domestic and international bookings efficiently while providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
Communicate effectively with airlines, suppliers, and clients for booking confirmations and special requests
Provide accurate fare quotes and best routing options
Handle schedule changes and assist clients with travel solutions promptly
Maintain accurate booking records and generate daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in ticketing and reservations
Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is mandatory
Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Graduate in Travel & Tourism or any equivalent qualification preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
