About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations, managing data and reports through MIS, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across various platforms including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Compile and analyze operational data for management review
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, validation, and reporting
- Generate dashboards and summary reports as required by management
Excel & Data Management
- Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets with formulas, pivot tables, and charts
- Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and advanced functions for data analysis
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits of spreadsheets
- Automate repetitive tasks using Excel macros (preferred)
Google Workspace
- Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and send invites via Google Calendar
- Create, edit, and share documents using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms
- Organize shared drives, manage folder structures, and control file permissions
- Collaborate efficiently using Google Meet and Google Chat
Sheet & Record Maintenance
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and leave trackers
- Manage vendor databases, purchase logs, and inventory tracking sheets
- Ensure all physical and digital files are organized, labeled, and up to date
- Coordinate with departments to collect, consolidate, and update data regularly
General Administration
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office correspondence
- Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice management
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and employee records
- Coordinate internal communication and follow up on pending tasks
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries as directed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Meet)
- Experience in MIS reporting and data management
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of ERP/HRMS software is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or MIS analyst role
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Notion)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
