Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for real estate projects, properties, and corporate branding.
- Capture product videos, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, and social media content.
- Operate cameras, drones (if certified), lighting, gimbals, and other video production equipment.
- Edit videos using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative concepts.
- Manage video assets, maintain equipment, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends and editing techniques.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Lightroom is an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience in product shoots and real estate videography.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Videographer/Video Editor.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing product shoots, promotional videos, and real estate projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
