Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing & Sales)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify customer leads.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective buyers until booking.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Fluency in Telugu; English and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Tirupati and nearby locations.
